AJR Leisure has assigned the 12,000 sq. ft former Biershenke German Beer House to Urban Pubs and Bars for conversion to their successful BAT and Ball brand. This central Covent Garden bar will be shortly joined with new neighbours in Earlham St being the Guiness Brewery due to open in the Autumn.

Mark Freidman expands his growing pub portfolio in buying the freehold of the above Irish Sports Bar. In acquiring the freehold Mark inherited a substantial undeveloped hotel and letting rooms along with the ground floor lease of of Mc Caffertys. AJR Leisure has acquired the virtual freehold/long lease of the above historic public house in the Minories, City of London. AJR Leisure also delivered a back-to-back letting to Senan Seaton of The Bohemia Pub, North Finchley. AJR Leisure acted on behalf of Mark Friedman.

AJR Leisure has acquired the leasehold interest on behalf of Clapham Leisure from landlords Tavern Pub Co. The pub is located in the densely populated area of Kentish Town, offers a substantial choice of real and craft beers, pizzas, first floor gaming area and rear trade garden with sports screens. Clapham Leisure have completed they’re re fit and now welcoming the old and new clientele.

The sporting cricket celebrities Eoin Morgan, Jos Butler, Brendon McCullum, Paul Stirling, Sam Billings, Graeme Smith alongside England Rugby star Jamie George were delighted to appoint Andrew Robinson of AJR Leisure to act for them in the acquisition of the former Jam Tree pub in shouting distance of Stamford Bridge. This prime pub location is now open for business and offering a first-floor function area The Loft, an atmospheric ground floor bar called The Deck and a stylish covered outside area called The Garden. Historic Grade 2 Listed Inn Sold to London Village Inns. One of London’s historic Inns, the Black Lion in Kilburn has been leased to Martin Harley’s London Village Inns. Re known for its Gothic Victorian architecture and built by R A. Lewcock in 1898 the Black Lion boasts a decorative panelled ceiling, carved timber bar, open fireplace and distinctive corner turret. The pub also offers 20 letting rooms on the upper floors with a covered side trade garden to one side on the ground floor. The new owners have renovated the premises back to its best and offers a wide selection of cask, Pilsner, Wheat and pale ales. In addition, the pub offers an Indian selection of food. AJR Leisure sold the lease on behalf of the landlords to London Village Inns.
